This is PART TWO of a two part series I am bringing you babes on how to empower the next generation to trust and feel good in their bodies, WHILE building healthy habits.
Today’s episode is all about the dietary foundation our daughters, nieces, mentees, and maybe even ourselves NEED to maintain a healthy balance with food AND to stay out of the diet trap!
