18 || Do you actually NEED to lose weight?
Sure… most everyone wants to lose weight… but do you need to.
We have debunked the diets, now it's time to debunk this question! What to ask yourself and how to evaluate if you really, in fact, NEED to lose weight.
While many of us feel uncomfortable in our body, is weight loss the answer? And if it is, is weight loss something we are prepared to approach from a curious, balanced perspective?
